nnkk Terms & Conditions – Please Read Before Playing
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the nnkk platform. By registering or playing, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and nnkk. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not register an account or use the nnkk platform. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the most current version of these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering, or using the nnkk platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, along with any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published by nnkk (including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy), which are incorporated herein by reference. These terms apply to all users of the nnkk platform, including visitors who browse the site without registering.
nnkk reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on this page. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Eligibility
Clause 2.1
Minimum Age Requirement
You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, place a bet, or access any real-money game on the nnkk platform. By registering, you declare that you are 21 years of age or older. nnkk performs age verification through a mandatory KYC process. Any account found to belong to a user below the age of 21 will be permanently closed and any funds in the account — including winnings derived from real-money play — will be forfeited.
Clause 2.2
Geographic Eligibility
The nnkk platform is intended for use by residents of Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the nnkk platform complies with any laws, regulations, or restrictions applicable in your jurisdiction. nnkk makes no representation that the services offered are legal or available in all jurisdictions. Access to the platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited is strictly forbidden.
Clause 2.3
One Account Per Person
Each individual may hold only one registered account on the nnkk platform. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein. If you suspect that duplicate accounts have been created in your name without your knowledge, you must contact nnkk support immediately at [email protected].
3. Account Registration & Security
When you register an account with nnkk, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Clause 3.1
KYC Verification
All accounts are subject to mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before a first withdrawal can be processed. KYC requires submission of a valid government-issued photo identification document (National ID card or passport) and may include proof of address. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by nnkk may result in account suspension and the inability to process withdrawals until verification is satisfactorily completed.
Clause 3.2
Account Security
You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your nnkk account. You must not share your username or password with any third party. nnkk support staff will never ask for your password. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify nnkk immediately by contacting [email protected]. nnkk shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to adequately protect your login credentials.
Clause 3.3
Account Closure by Player
You may close your nnkk account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedures. Account closure does not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to the date of closure. If you wish to close your account as part of a self-exclusion decision, please refer to the Responsible Gaming section.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the nnkk platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). nnkk supports the following payment methods for Bangladeshi players: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time without prior notice.
Clause 4.1
Minimum Deposit
The minimum deposit amount at nnkk is ৳100 via bKash and Nagad, and ৳200 via Rocket. Deposits below the minimum threshold will not be credited to your account. nnkk does not charge a fee for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. You are responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider in connection with deposits to your nnkk account.
Clause 4.2
Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the original deposit (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket). The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Before a withdrawal can be processed, your account must have completed KYC verification. Withdrawals are typically processed within 60 minutes of the request being approved; however, processing times may be longer during periods of high demand or due to additional security checks. nnkk reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before approving any withdrawal.
Clause 4.3
Responsible Funding
You confirm that all funds deposited into your nnkk account are from legitimate sources and that you are the legal owner of the payment method used. You must not deposit funds obtained through illegal means. nnkk reserves the right to conduct anti-money laundering (AML) checks at any point and to suspend or close accounts suspected of engaging in suspicious financial activity.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
nnkk offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, in addition to the general rules set out in this section.
Clause 5.1
Welcome Bonus
New players who register a verified account at nnkk and make a qualifying first deposit are eligible for the nnkk welcome bonus, currently offered as a 200% match on the first deposit up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is credited to the player's account after the qualifying deposit is processed. The welcome bonus is subject to rollover requirements before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. Current rollover requirements and qualifying deposit minimums are published on the promotions page and may be updated periodically.
Clause 5.2
Wagering Requirements
All bonuses issued by nnkk are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as rollover requirements). Wagering requirements specify the total value of bets that must be placed using bonus funds (and in some cases a combination of bonus and deposit funds) before any winnings generated from those bonus funds may be withdrawn as cash. Specific wagering multipliers, eligible games, and time limits for each promotion are disclosed in the promotion-specific terms. Attempting to circumvent wagering requirements through minimal-risk betting strategies or any other method constitutes a breach of these terms and will result in bonus cancellation and possible account suspension.
Clause 5.3
Bonus Abuse
nnkk reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and suspend or permanently close any account where it is determined that bonus funds have been abused. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using bonus funds in a manner designed to exploit betting patterns with mathematically minimal risk, colluding with other players, or using automated software or bots. nnkk's determination of whether bonus abuse has occurred is final.
6. Fair Use & Prohibited Conduct
The nnkk platform is provided for personal entertainment purposes only. Commercial use, systematic exploitation of the platform, or any conduct that interferes with the fair operation of games or the experience of other players is strictly prohibited.
Clause 6.1
Prohibited Activities
You must not: (a) use any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the nnkk platform; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the platform; (c) exploit any technical error, bug, or malfunction in any game or system — any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void; (d) engage in money laundering or use nnkk for any illegal financial activity; (e) impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity; (f) use the platform in any way that violates applicable laws.
Clause 6.2
Collusion & Match Fixing
Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market is strictly prohibited. In the context of sports betting, placing bets on events that you have reason to believe may be subject to match-fixing or any other form of sporting corruption is also prohibited. nnkk cooperates with sports integrity bodies and relevant authorities in investigations of suspected match-fixing or corruption involving bets placed on the nnkk platform.
Clause 6.3
Consequences of Prohibited Conduct
Engaging in any prohibited conduct as described in this section may result in one or more of the following actions by nnkk: (a) immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account; (b) forfeiture of all account balances, including any pending winnings; (c) recovery of any amounts paid out in error or as a result of exploitation of a technical fault; (d) referral of the matter to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities. nnkk's determination of whether prohibited conduct has occurred is final and binding.
7. Responsible Gaming
nnkk is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The nnkk platform includes a suite of responsible gaming tools available from your account settings, including deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. Players who wish to exclude themselves from the platform for a defined period or permanently may request self-exclusion by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours of confirmation and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

8. Intellectual Property
All content on the nnkk platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, and the overall look and feel of the platform — is the property of nnkk or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the nnkk platform without express prior written authorisation from nnkk.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, nnkk and its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including without limitation loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the nnkk platform or any content thereon.
nnkk does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. nnkk shall not be liable for any loss of data, disruption of service, or inability to access the platform resulting from technical failures, maintenance, or circumstances beyond nnkk's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, telecommunications failures, or acts of nature. nnkk's maximum aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in your nnkk account in the 30 days preceding the date of the claim.
10. Suspension & Termination
nnkk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if nnkk determines in its reasonable discretion that: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions; (b) you have engaged in any prohibited conduct as described herein; (c) your account shows signs of fraudulent or suspicious activity; (d) nnkk is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory obligation; or (e) continued operation of your account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players. Upon closure of your account for breach, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. Where closure is not due to breach, any remaining balance (net of applicable deductions) will be returned to your registered payment method.
11. Amendments to These Terms
nnkk may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time by updating this page. The revised terms will take effect from the date of publication. Where changes are material, nnkk will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players by posting a notice on the platform or by sending a notification to your registered contact details. Your continued use of the nnkk platform after any changes to the Terms & Conditions constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates.
12. Governing Law & Contact
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from your use of the nnkk platform that cannot be resolved informally through our support channel should be submitted to the appropriate competent jurisdiction. nnkk makes no warranty that the platform is appropriate for use in any particular jurisdiction outside Bangladesh.
